Ever since the day the forest fell, Arendellians have despised and distrusted Northuldra with a vengeance. Queen Iduna is a minor character in Disney 's 2013 animated feature film Frozen and a supporting character in its 2019 sequel. Born in the Enchanted Forest as a member of the Northuldra, she is the mother of Elsa and Anna. During her childhood, Iduna befriended Prince Agnarr of Arendelle, whom she would eventually marry, thus becoming his queen. While it was originally believed that Elsa (Idina Menzel) and Anna’s (Kristen Bell) parents, King Agnarr (Alfred Molina) and Queen Iduna (Evan Rachel Wood), died when their ship was caught in a storm on the Dark sea in the beginning of Frozen, one theory suggests that their deaths may not have been an accident after all. A deleted scene from Frozen II hints Elsa inherited her powers from Queen Iduna. 2013’s Frozen killed off Elsa and Anna’s mother and father, King Agnarr and Queen Iduna, rather quickly.

As Iduna and Agnarr grow ever closer, however, friendship is no longer enough. Frozen 2 Dangerous Secrets The Story of Iduna and Agnarr By Mari Mancusi The backstory of how Iduna and Agnarr met. How they became friends and then fell in love with each other. Their story is not an easy one. Nor does it have a happy ending. We already know that from the Frozen stories. Also, Iduna and Agnarr are my OTP now and they need their own film based on this book.

(Plenty of tears were shed by me, but there were a lot of laughs as well). Author Mari Mancusi does a wonderful job at capturing the parts of Iduna and Agnarr that remind us too of their future daughters so they feel even more familiar to us too.
